Types of cookies

This helps us to improve the way our App works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily. These cookies do not collect personally identifiable information about you. All information collected by these cookies i is only used to improve how our App works

We use the following 3rd party software frameworks that may store data on the device in our iOS and Android apps:

Branch (iOS and Android) This allows our App to create deep links that work when downloading the application from the App Store first. 
Mixpanel (iOS and Android) This enables us to monitor our audience size and usage pattern and send app notifications.
Firebase (iOS and Android) This enables us to monitor our audience size and usage pattern.
Appsflyer (iOS and Android) This enables us to monitor our audience size and usage pattern.
Facebook (iOS and Android) This enables us to allow users to register and login to the App with their Facebook account and perform analytics and marketing campaigns on Facebook 
Google Play Services (iOS and Android) Used for Google services e.g. Google Maps
Google Analytics (iOS and Android) This enables us to monitor our audience size and usage pattern
Mailchimp Used to provide email services to our users and keep track of usage 

Please note that, throughout the App and on the Website, we may link to other websites or applications owned and operated by certain trusted third-parties. Some of these other third-parties may also use cookies – which are likely to be analytical, performance or targeting cookies – or similar technologies, in accordance with their own separate cookie policies. For privacy information relating to these third-parties and cookies (over which we have no control) please refer to their policies as appropriate.

 

How to exercise your right to refuse and/or to withdraw consent on the App

You have the right to refuse and/or to withdraw your consent for us to use cookies. Please note that at this stage we are not providing users with the ability to customise preferences as to the use of cookies on the App. Therefore, if you wish to refuse and/or withdraw your consent for us to use cookies, you should stop using and accessing the App and its associated services and remove the App from your device.
